Principles of processing client data at EkspressJob

What is client data?Client data is all kinds of information known to us about our client (e.g., Client’s name, personal identification code, contact data, transaction data).

What is the processing of client data?
The processing of client data is all operations performed with client data (including collection, storage, preservation, amendment, allowing of access to the client data, making of queries and extracts, usage, forwarding, cross-referencing and deletion).

What is the aim of processing client data?
We process client data in order to:
perform the contract entered into with the Client;
protect our breached or disputed rights (e.g., forwarding of data to the court);
better understand the expectations of our clients and thereby offer suitable high-quality services;
perform obligations arising from legal standards (e.g., forwarding of data to investigative bodies).

In which cases will we disclose client data?
We disclose client data to a third person only if we have the Client’s consent fixed in the contract or in any other manner, or if the disclosure of data is required by law.

We disclose client data:

  • to persons belonging to the same group as Eesti Ajalehed AS;
  • to other third persons, if the Client has breached the contract. At that, we only disclose information related to the breach of contract.

How will we use client data at rendering services?
We send clients offers from both EkspressJob and other persons belonging to the same group as Eesti Ajalehed.
We can forward offers, made by our carefully selected cooperation partners, to clients. A cooperation partner may not have client data at their disposal if the Client has not expressed a specific interest towards the goods or services of the cooperation partner.
Clients can contact us at any time to communicate their wish to not receive personal offers.

How to change client data and request termination of the processing thereof?
The Client has the right to review and change their client data by registering in the web portal of EkspressJob or by contacting EkspressJob at the e-mail or calling 661 3336. If client data has changed or is incorrect for any other reason, the Client must correct their data or notify us thereof immediately (at the e-mail or by calling 661 3336).
The Client has the right to request termination of the processing of their data and/or deletion of the collected data, if this right arises from the Personal Data Protection Act or any other legal act.
